Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be confirmed or where an error has occurred in pricing or stock.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout via secure card payment.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs depend on your delivery address and the delivery method chosen at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
